Does the OTO® Mask have a valve?

No. The OTO® mask has two respirators with disposable filters, which filter the air both inwards (protecting the user) and outwards (protecting other people).

What types of OTO® Mask are there?

OTO® Reusable Protection Mask - CIRÚRGICA (Ref 1162)
Made with flexible material and antimicrobial technology, effectively eliminating fungi and bacteria, the mask comes with 2 pairs of SMS filters that have a triple filtering layer and BFE (bacterial filtration efficiency) above 95%. It protects the respiratory tract by reducing exposure to microorganisms. This is the same filtering standard of surgical masks, and is not classified as PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
OTO® Reusable Protection Mask - N95 (Ref 1160)
Made with the same flexible material and has antimicrobial technology, effectively eliminating fungi and bacteria. The mask comes with 2 pairs of N95-standard filters. This model follows all international standards that classify it as a PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and can be used by health personel. In both options, the OTO® mask itself is the same. What changes is the type of disposable filter that comes with each one of them. Both masks and filter refill packs are available for purchase in Brazil at the OTO Store. Is OTO® certified?
