ELKA
Elka is a toy factory. 100% Brazilian and a reference in both national and international toy markets for over 60 years, it employs more than 400 people in its headquarters, in São Paulo.
Founded in the 1950s, it pioneered the plastics industry in Brazil. It now specializes in toys, maintaining the value of local production, from the very first sketches of product design to the final product distribution.
Elka created many classic Brazilian toys, such as Pinos Mágicos and Gina Girafa. It also produces licensed items from brands like Disney, Galinha Pintadinha, Peppa, and others.
NANOX
NANOX is reference in the Brazilian market in the development of nanostructured additives based on silver and other substances.
Founded in 2004, it develops, produces and commercializes technology for the synthesis and production of new nanostructured materials with antimicrobial applications (bactericide & fungicide).
The company is a spin-off of the Functional Materials Development Center (CDMF) of the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar), one of the Research, Innovation and Dissemination Centers (Cepid) financed by FAPESP.
